The process is typical, but length is too long in my opinion. It starts with a recruiter call. In my case, the recruiter was relatively new. She actually provided wrong information about following interviews. My impression was that the recruiting team and the hiring team were not communicating well. 1) Recruiter call 2) Hiring manager screening 3) 5~6 director level interviews, 1 hour each
