Country Club Bank interview questions

The first step is a Spark Hire one-way interview with five questions. I received an email link in the same day as I had applied. You get unlimited prep-time to answer the questions, but only three attempts. No more that fifteen minutes after submitting my interview I received an email saying "At this time, the Relationship Banker position that you applied for has been removed for further review."

The interview process was very enjoyable at Country Club Bank. I had two interviews over zoom call. The first was with the managers and the second was with company executives.
