Interview
I interviewed for the eLearning Manager position via Zoom in March 2021. It was a pretty standard first round interview. The interviewer asked about why I was interested in the position, my experience with training management, and what I considered my weaknesses. I never heard anything back.

Interview
Very unprofessional. Arrived for the confirmed interview, you need a pass to get on elevator. Called recruiter multiple times to gain access. Cleaning lady had to let me on the elevator to gain access to the office. Interviewer had me wait 30 minutes. It was clear the interviewer forgot about the meeting. Meeting only lasted 15 minutes and she asked me ONE question. I have experience in the field. Checked the job a month later on the internet, it was given to an internal candidate.
Organization is dishonest. If you knew you were going to give to internal candidate, don't waste people's time. The interviewer was not prepared. Hardly any eye contact during the interview. Felt very dismissive. I'm sorry I took PTO for this.
I was called to scheudle an interview on the 28th. Nobody called me. So I called back 24 hours later. Then they told me they would call me between 20 and 30 minutes later. They never did.
