Interview
Large group setting, about 50 people. Lots of interactive activities in small groups of about 8, and a small one on one question session. Held at their main office in South Bank, Melbourne.
Interviewers weren't daunting. They ask the very basic retail questions so if you have answers lined up for those questions already, you're all set basically. Also, they like if you've had retail experience before. If you haven't, you might have to sell yourself a bit more.

Interview
Pretty simple and fast interview (~15 minutes) but had to fill up a form beforehand on your availability and details and some open ended questions. Manager was nice and friendly too.
