Quite simple just show up, do a piece of paperwork then lead to group interview area where a worker gave us a few questions and then described what cotton on would require us to do.

The interview involved a brief resume review, questions about customer service, role-play scenarios, and availability discussion, followed by a store walk-through and friendly conversation with the manager about brand values.
