I applied online through the costco career portal. I would describe the interview process as straight forward, typical interview questions, quick. Interviewers were kind and patient. The process was organized however it did take a while to hear back after each step.
I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.

Strait fwrd retail questions but mostly about yourself and why or how you would be a good fit. Also history of retail work including challenges you've overcome and how you handled customer situations
