I have been working at Costco Wholesale full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great department leadership - lead by clinicians who promote patient care first and foremost, nowhere near as sales oriented as other clinics can be. Strict on evidence-based care. Provides sufficient appointment times to be the best clinician you can be. Environment that encourages diversity. Excellent job security. Provides annual raises, competitive benefits package. Good RPP matching program available.

    Cons

Must be willing to work possibly an evening and/or weekend shift. Depending on the warehouse, may be asked to help with non-clinic duties.
