Many interviews from different persons. 3 hours test. I did not receive any feedback and no answer. First I do a test, then I get a call, then an interview. No news and then a month later another interview and then no news again. When someone is in the shortlist it is expected to have news about the decision.
1 person called me. Then 2 persons from hr asking questions by zoom. Then I had a written test. Then I had another interview with the head of the department.
