applied for the job, met all criteria except one, however was happy to receive a call from the recruiter. on filling the pre employment questionaire, i made sure i wrote that i didnt meet one criteria, less than 3 months experience on one area, but she said it was ok, since everything else was exactly what they were looking for, however hiring manager declined, and the recruiter took 15 days to get back to me. however said i could apply for a different job. wish i hadnt wasted time and cancelled my vacation in anticipation of this interview :(
