The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Fife, WA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Very simple interview process. Interviewed by 3 separate individuals, and then given a drug test to take on site. The whole process was very friendly and of a relaxed nature. Kept bringing up the fact that this was a physical job and that i would be scheduled for 40 hours a week right off the bat. The Front End management and HR did the interviewing process. I heard back with a response to my interview within 24 hours, and training started for me within 48 hours.

Question 1
Asked about teamwork and customer service experience. Also focused on the need of strong multitasking abilities.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.
