Pretty easy overall just made it known I work hard every day regardless of circumstances. That alone made the difference. One manager asking the questions it went by relatively fast.

Interview
They will ask what you know about Costco, if you shop there and why you think you're a good fit. They mostly want to know if you'll fit the culture. They will also explain the expectations and fitness required.
