Interview
There are two rounds of interviews, the first interview was over the phone and the second interview was in person. The interview was long with a lot of open ended questions about interactions with coworkers and interactions with customers

How do you mediate conflicts between yourself and another coworker?
They ask very simple questions- more about who you know than what you know. You interview with store manager and the pharmacy manager. Do a drug test afterwards to proceed further.
