They ask you random “what if” questions but they want to see how you’d deal with difficult customers and how your customer service is so if you’re good with that then you should be good overall. I had 2 rounds of interviews with 3 managers. Only took about 1 hour per each one. Asked basic questions on why I would want the job. And how to handle the job.
It was very straight forward. I ended up getting the job. The interviewer was really nice, and it was a smooth hiring process. I have been working here a long time now, and I love it.
