Recruiters were super friendly and made their interview process very comfortable. However during the training they jam you with so many information. Thereafter they will give you two timed exams. If you dont score at least 80percent on the spot they send you home. Which seems absurd as you invest your time in the one week training recieve all name cards and Costco logings. But in case if you missout few marks at least in one of their exams they will send you home. I felt their recruitment process is a waste of time as during the interview process too you are requested to do a computer skill exam well. Honestly you will have to do exams after exams since the day one of the interview till they hire you for sure.

It was detailed and interviewer made sure all questions are answered and complete candidate assessment was done properly and professional manner. It was one on one and then group interview followed by a case study analysis and then a presentation. Presentation was based on real case study.
