The Gm also interviewed me and wanted to know what my strengths were and what were my weaknesses and how I went about trying to work on the weaknesses

Easy & quick hire, three employers took it at once, got a call within 30 min after interview. Basic questions asked. It was basic questions about customer service representative, it was 6/10 overall.
