Also, be willing to do any job and have open availability to get your foot in the door. It was a one interview process that consisted of 5 - 7 questions. I was asked to recite the Costco code of ethics and the Costco Mission Statement, briefly describe at least 3 of the programs run on the front end, describe why I would be an asset as a supervisor on the front end, and talk about the 6 rights of merchandising.
