Interview
You sit down and nterview with 2 different managers. Of they like you they talk to the warehouse manager. If he agrees then you get an interview with him. If you pass all that you take a drug test and get a background check.
3 different interviews. Each time one person asked the questions the other wrote down my answers. I had to go back for 3 different interviews all on separate occasions. The third one was with the general manager. After which I had to take a drug test and a back ground assessment.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Jan 2021
Interview
2 interviews, drug test and crb check fairly straight forward but quite a big gap between both interviews, asked how to remain calm in stressful situation and experience, previous experience, job gaps etc
