I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
The process took a little over a month! Applied online for different positions that where available. After about two week still nothing so I reapplied again and the next day got called in for an interview! The second time I applied was the week before Thanksgiving and it may be why the process took longer then normally. I was really excited and super nervous as well! I made sure to dress up a bit but nothing fancy. I got there 10 minutes early and waited for my turn. I was interviewed by two supervisor, so it counted as two interviews. Almost all the questions asked are the same as found in other post here! It lasted about maybe 15 minutes and I was so nervous the whole time! They then let me know I would be hearing from them whether I made the next round or not. A week later I got called back for the the third interview and was excited! It was with the warehouse manager! It was much easygoing then the first interviews. He just asked about previous jobs and what I know about Costco. Let me know it was seasonal but potential to stay part time if I worked out well! Did some paperwork and drug test. Which I passed! Now waiting one the background check!
During the interview there were standard questions about availability and experiences. A unique aspect about the interview is they did a suprise oral drug test on the spot. The interview was conducted by a supervisor and a front end manager.
