I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Coralville, IA) in May 2012
Interview
The interview was conducted by two people at the same time and could be confusing at times. They never really said which position they were interviewing for and I had to guess since I had applied for meat cutter and general management positions as well. The whole process was set up in a helter skelter manor which I can only hope was on purpose for a company that is that large. If it is not conttived then they really need to get it together. I was turned off about the job and turned them down when I was eventually hired for a position. I got hired on for Produce by the way. I have never worked in Produce.

Question 1
All the questions were basic interview questions. Nothing earth shattering
Put in application told continuously, just to check back to see if it had been reviewed. And it's more like waiting on satus updates than actually getting interviews. Overall meh kind of experience.
Quick and straight forward. More about availability and see you a standup guy. I enjoyed it and peopled cared. It was great. Don't do anything stupid. I went through one round on manager and one round up.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Aurora, CO) in May 2018
Interview
Met with two HR people, no one from the meat department was there at all. The interviewers were rude and condescending despite my high experience level. They "pulled" my resume for meat cutter and then said there were no openings in the department. Apparently, they only promote from within, so don't bother applying unless you want to spend however long washing floors until they think you're "good enough" to cut warehouse meat.
