I applied online and a week after I was called in for an interview. The whole process with face to face interview took about one hr. I was called back within four hrs. stating if I want to accept an offer as a Customer Service role and if yes next day I was given time to the orientation.

It went well and pretty quick. the questions were not terrible and were straightforward. It was a good process overall. The interviewer was kind and helpful in answering questions that i had.
