I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied online, got my first interview scheduled a day later, went through a series of interviews and accepted the job offer a month later. The first interview was over the phone and that was short. I had an interview with a couple Front End Supervisors a week later. I advanced to having an interview with the Front End Manager and I was told that the Warehouse Manager was on vacation, so my next interview would take some time. My final interview was with the Warehouse Manager, I smiled through the whole interview and answered some of the same questions that I got with the Supervisors and Front End Manager.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
Simple, basic behavioural interview. Asked why I should work here. As well as my strengths and weaknesses. Asked why I would be a good fit. Asked about prior experience. Asked my availablity.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Portland, OR) in Apr 2018
