Got a phone call for an interview. showed up with a button up tie and slacks. Two upper division managers interview you with pretty standard questions e.g. what would you do in this situation... have you ever done this or that... how well do you work with other... name a time when you did... after the standard questioning you will either be told "we will call you in a week" (that means you did not get it) or they will escort you to the assistant warehouse managers office so he can ask you 2-3 questions. Basically at that point you go the job he just wants to meet you and get an impression of you. after that youll be set up for an orientation date with about 10-20 other people that they hire. Overall its a pretty good experience besides the awkward stares you'll receive when you come in dressed up by the other employees, that are all dressed in extremely casual clothing (almost lounging around the house clothes).
