I had a phone interview first with someone from their corporate HR group. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager a couple of days later.. This was the most crucial. Lastly I had my final interview with a panel of 6 people asking questions for an hour. They had different objectives in measuring different attributes about me.

Very lengthy process with minimal communication between stages. The interview process spanned approximately three months from application to final decision. I received an automated rejection email about 3 weeks after the in-person interview.
I visited the site, got a tour, met with several managers for Evals, each around 30 mins. Technical interview was pretty easy. The total process took half a day but it was all 1 on 1 interviews with different managers.
