Interview
Applied, received a response within a day, completed my phone screen, team panel, and leadership interview within two weeks. Ghosted. Zero feedback and no next steps. It was so surprising because they performed direct communication so well.
I made it to the final round interview (which was the third one) and overall it took three months, which was longer than I expected but seems to be the norm with Cornell. But the interviews were good and everyone was really amicable!
