Eerst een online gesprek. Dan een gesprek in persoon daarna. Het eerste gesprek is met iemand van hr. Het tweede met een ingenieur. Er wordt veel gedetailleerde vragen gesteld naar je achtergrond en ervaring.

I attended to the first interview. It was a long interview but well managed. The HR lady explained in general the structure of the company and the role I was applying for. They seemed very open to internationals, however expected at least a basic understanding of Dutch and European driving liscence.

3 interviews and an assessment, one with the hr, one with manager and one with engineer lead. The assessment lasted the whole day,, it's time consuming. The interviews were general knowledge.
