Process consists of several calls including two or three rounds of technical/design discussions with Engineers and Director with a small take-home coding exercise in between. The tech interviews are pretty laid-back, without any brain teasers whatsoever. The discussion focuses on the technologies used in the project and the general Software Development Practices and Concepts. The biggest problem in the process in incompetent HR department which schedules unnecessary calls and has problems with communicating with candidates. Offer calls turn out to be just another culture interview, after getting verbal confirmation of the offer and information to wait for the actual offer You receive rejection letter with some BS reasoning.
