Very thorough, yet laid back. The MD made me feel at ease used a couple of fairly straight forward questions to roughly gauge technical knowledge and attitude to clients. Psychometric tests in literacy/numeracy to establish personality traits. Offered the position on the spot so can't have been bad.

Detailed technical interview (Q & A) as well as psychometric profile test. Very interesting and informative. Thirty word submission deadline is a bit pointless here Glass Door - if I do not have more to say then I do not have more to say!
