Interview
They will start with basic questions and then increase the level. The whole focus is to judge your English speaking skill. If you are able to speak clearly with minimum fillers in a normal flow, you will easily qualify all the rounds.

It was for 2 days. With nothing much to tell. Some basic troubleshooting. English and typing test. Usher BPO. Not any employee friendly company. English is goodnand know basic troubleshooting u would clear easily
