Applied on a Saturday, was contacted on the Monday, and agreed to interview on the Wednesday. Initial interview with two individuals followed by a one on one. Really polite and interesting people, constructive interview - made to feel comfortable whilst being challenged.
Was informed they’d be in touch, and said the next round would be a written test, followed by an interview. Followed up 2 weeks later but no response. Never got back to me at all (now been 2.5 months), which does not reflect how engaging and nice the interviewers were. Never informed of my (unsuccessful, I assume) interview which is a real shame - as a prospective intern there’s still a right to know your outcome, especially when you’ve gone in to interview.
Thanks to those who interviewed me for an interesting and insightful experience but there must be some considerable communications issues.
