Interview
First there was a zoom interview, where standard questions were asked regarding experience. If you pass the first interview, the second interview is in person and likely with different people than from your first interview. They give you a couple sheets of paper before the interview starts that has all the interview questions on them, and you have 10 minutes to jot down your answers. Then they'll bring you into the room to discuss your answers to the questions. This was way less stressful than the first interview because it gives you time to think about and compile your thoughts. I really liked their interview process.
