Continental Benefits interview questions

Call from director. Set up interview. Interview with two supervisors. Then an offer letter , background check , personality test, expired link for drug test. Then HR calls with an attitude because the link expired. Then proceeded to say it’s your responsibility to call us and let us know. Well if it wasn’t during the holidays I would have. I left message and no one responded. The director then proceeded to tell me about their process of hiring and he is not sure what I am use to. Sounds as if I dodge a bullet.
