The process began with three phone/video interviews, the first to review my resume and answer general questions, the second to answer behavioral questions, the third involved a quantitative pre-assignment and case questions. The second phase was in-person interviews with several partners in their St. Louis offices including resume, behavioral, and case questions. There was also a small presentation/visual design practicum.
