      Customer Engagement Specialist and Billing Specialist Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Constant Contact in Dec 2014

      Interview

      I applied online to both positions and received a email from Chelsea their recruiter within a hour. We set up a time for a phone interview at that time. Don't bother. I was told right off the bat the Billing specialist position was filled. Ok waste of my time. The CS position is a measly $14 a hour for a job in Waltham. Talk about cheap. They aren't paying enough I know of similar positions closer to home for $16 to $17 an hour. Chelsea was nice but she seemed to be a complete robot. I told her I would take no less than $15 for my over 2 years experience and she said she would check with them and then emailed me the day after and dropped me like a lead brick saying "we hired someone that we were already working with". Yeah sure. More like "we aren't paying that much". The position sounded horrible anyways. CS reps go through 5 weeks of training 9-5 (the worst hours to get to Waltham!) and it just sounds like a awful position. I heard the company was good to work for but I didn't get a good impression at all with this phone interview. I was really disappointed.
