Consolidated Utility District interview questions

I received an email to set up an interview. The interview consisted of a panel of 3 people who interviewed me. After the the interview a few days later I received an email to come back and do job shadowing for a few hours. I did the job shadowing, and soon afterwards I was not offered the job.
