The interview process was easy. I was asked about my laptop system specs, I was told about the company and the expectations of the role I applied for. The interviewer had me launch zoom and to share my screen to make sure my laptop had enough ram to support the calls that would be coming in

How would I handle being in a situation with an upset member?
Over the phone and very easy. I had 2 interviews and each one was a breeze. They go over the job and the what it entailed mostly. They were very kind as well.

Very fast and easy training was fast but if you’re smart you’ll be fine. Didn’t take me long to catch on and calls aren’t that bad to me and I did the Kentucky Derby call center project.
