Connect&GO interview questions

Met with the Head of Culture for a virtual coffee with no need to send a resume or cover letter. The company mission was clearly articulated and I appreciated the transparency when discussing the organization's culture and strategy. The timing wasn't right for me but I will watch this space :)

A recruiter from the company contacted me via phone without informing me via email. I said "Unfortunately, I am not available now. Can you call me a couple of hours later or tomorrow?" She just said "OK" but her voice and tone were weird like very rude. Then never gave me a call. I think they do not have a structured interview process at all, so don't waste your time.
