Confidant Media interview questions

I was given a live example of a Magento site which had a number of issues. Site speed, contact form issues, and plugin confliction. I was asked to detect the issue, describe the reason behind it and propose a solution. They actually asked me to go ahead and try one of them with my proposed solution during the interview.
