There are 4 different interview and takes 2 months in total. It is starting with senior architects, then the partners. The first one is about yourself and explaining architectural motivation. Second is the same but with the partner. Third one is more about salary. And the last one is face to face offer.

There are a lot of people to do interview and it takes very long time to finalize the entire process. It is so hard to align with desired salary. They look like unreliable company.
