Panel interview with the director, assistant director, and the supervisor of the unit I applied for. Standard questions about dealing with others plus counseling questions. Fairly easy. Was able to negotiate pay based on experience. Given conditional offer of employment on the spot. Then had to go take a drug test. After passed the drug test was given an firm offer of employment via phone.
