A brief interview about yourself, how will you react to situation of a mad/angry customer, how do you spend your free time, what type of music do you like or hear to, and a language assessment test including reading, writing/typing, and speaking.
It was really easy if you average in English, they ask only simple questions to understand if you are able to frame sentences and communicate in English. No tough questions are asked.
Telephone interview with a recruiter followed by a one stage in person competency based interview with one or more hiring managers. Also a short written and numerical test. Feedback provided the following day by phone call.
