One of the worst process I have been and it's where lengthy one and people make you wait the whole day and do nothing.
Concentrix really doesn't know how to treat the employees it's very ill mannered behavior I have seen.

The interview process at Concentrix was simple and smooth. First, there was a basic HR round where they asked about my introduction, communication skills, and willingness to work in voice process. Then, a few general questions were asked. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience was easy and comfortable.”
It was a online test on the desk through their website by first filling the form about personal details and then we have to do the Amcat and then afterwards got the link on the mail for versant and attended that also through online test

The interview has 3 rounds 1 is HR briefing and 2nd round will be Test once clearing the test there will be last round which is Manager round once this is cleared you will get the offer letter
