The interview was incredibly easy. A recrutier from WebHelp called me on my personal number and asked me a few basic questions about my work experience. The questions did not include any 'tricks', meaning they were simply about what I had done in previous job roles. They also informed me about the basic job role and responsibilities, salary, working hours and equipment set up. I was offered the job during this phone call, and my first shift was less than 5 days later. The simplicity of this interview may have been motivated due to being mid-pandemic, therefore unable to attend on-site interviews or training.
