Pretty Easy, you have to take a test and a phone interview, they give you an offer after the interview if they think you are a good fit. After accepting you then go through the training process of 8 weeks
It was really easy if you average in English, they ask only simple questions to understand if you are able to frame sentences and communicate in English. No tough questions are asked.
Telephone interview with a recruiter followed by a one stage in person competency based interview with one or more hiring managers. Also a short written and numerical test. Feedback provided the following day by phone call.
