Great initial and second interview. First interview focused upon experience, what I was comfortable doing as a new graduate PA. The second interview was more informal, focussing more upon how the team operates.

Laid back. Asked about Allscripts. Two interview processes. Two doctors interview you. And then interview with regional manager. Two initial doctors were very friendly. Regional medical director was scary but I ended up getting the job so it worked out either way.

It started with Indeed Virtual Hiring Event with Concentra and spoke with a recruiter via Zoom. I haven't heard much since, but overall it was a pretty good experience.
