Tell us about yourself. What are your strengths and weakness. What are your plans for 4-5 years from now. How do you deal with a busy caseload. What do you expect to see and treat patients
Apply online to the job and then 1 on 1 job interview . Pretty simple questions and very easy process overall. I got an offer within days after the interview.
One informal phone interview then came into clinic and interviewed with medical director, therapy director, and operational director. It was a group interview, and they asked good questions but did not feel like I was getting drilled with cookie cutter interview questions.
