Interview
To get hired here, you'll have to take a basic skills test as well as a skills test specific to the position you're applying for. If you pass the test(s), then you're considered for an interview. If you pass the interview, then you move on to medical and drug tests. After successfully completing all of this, then you could be offered the job.

I don't remember any specific questions, but a lot of my questions were about basic electric theory and about working in teams.

2.5 hour interview. 20 yes or no questions to start interview basically asking if you’re able to do the job requirements (overtime, travel, read/write). Rest of interview is behavioral questions nothing to do with engineering.

6 hours long test basics electrical physics, math, logic. If you don't pass first part, you can try again in a month. 1,5h long interview. Behavioral questions. If job offered must have a drive license. Overall veery long employment process.
