Had 1 behavioral phone call interview (30 mins) regarding my previous work experiences and 1 on-site interview with behavioral and technical questions. Overall, I had a good experience with both interviews. Using the STAR method, I answered various questions, such as "Tell me about a time when you faced a challenge at work"

it was simple, 1 zoom call and 1 phone call with employee had behavior questions and talked about my resume, my projects and leadership role. also talked about future goals and where i see myself in the next 5 years.s

The people doing the interview were very friendly, and asked basic questions about past projects and how you work in a team. No technical questions. The interview was done via Microsoft Teams.
