The interview process at the company was inefficient and disorganized. I was called for three separate interviews, and the purpose of each was not clearly explained. On several occasions, interviews were canceled on the same day, and while I was assured that I would be rescheduled, I had to follow up myself. After the third interview, I was informed that I would be contacted to continue the process, but I have not heard from them since.
