In-Person Interview: Typically conducted by a restaurant manager. You'll be asked about your previous hospitality experience, customer service approach, teamwork, flexibility, and how you handle pressure or busy shifts.
Trial Shift (Optional): In some cases, you're invited to a paid or unpaid trial shift (lasting 2–4 hours) to demonstrate your attitude, speed, and interaction with guests and the team.
Job Offer: If successful, you may receive a job offer shortly after the interview or trial shift, along with details about your training schedule and uniform.
