No resume necessary. They perform blind hirings and base their process on work samples. They will not offer feedback on work samples and anonymize your work which is later presented to their staff. Wasn't very personable. Everything was automated.

Question 1
Given a work sample to submit. After you submit you wait for the next steps to work with them for a day.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Compose (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
The interview process consisted of a work sample, which took near 8-10 hours to complete. This was followed by a 4-hour 'workday' which consisted of hanging out and asking questions in Slack. This was followed by a written submission detailing what I learned in the work day. The process was alright, but they do not provide any feedback at all, as per policy. This can be frustrating. The interview process is 100% remote.
